Missed Appointment Policy
As a courtesy to other clients & service providers, appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or re-scheduled without a minimum 24 hours-notice will result in a $25 fee.
Returns/Refunds
There is a 30 day return policy on all services purchased, this includes any packages purchased. No portion of any package will be refunded if any sessions in the package have been redeemed. All services and packages must be used within 1 year from the date of purchase. All retail products are non-fundable and are final sale.
