Cancellation/No Show Policyy

Because we are appointment only, we ask that our clients provide 24 hours cancellation notice in advance. A $25 charge will be administered for no-show appointments. We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Text and answering machine is on 24 hours a day. Please arrive 5-10 min before your appointment so you can relax, fill out a new client consent form, and to be fair to other clients. Beauty Bar, in turn, will do our best to minimize your waiting time. If your schedule is hectic or you are NOT sure if you can keep your appointment, then you can schedule it on the day of treatment (if availability schedule permits).
